The apartment is well located on the second floor of a lovely red brick Victorian building and has wonderful views, close to all the pubs, restaurants and shops that Swanage has to offer. Being a Victorian building all the rooms are light and airy. It has lots of art on the walls and there is a large selection of books and some DVDs. We have tried to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible. There is a sun room by the roof terrace for quiet reading or working. Fast WiFi throughout.
The light filled bedroom has views of the hills beyond Swanage and has a comfortable king size bed with bed linen of a high thread count. The spacious ensuite has a bath and large separate shower cubicle, basin and w.c.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster etc . There is a Smart TV, radio, selection of books, games and lots of information about the area and walking maps etc. There is high speed WiFi and the password is on the router in the lounge.
Light and airy lounge with large windows giving views over the rooftops to Swanage Bay with the Isle of Wight in the distance. Large kitchen / diner with table and seating. Two large comfortable sofas give ample space to relax in comfort. A realistic electric wood burner effect heater makes it very comforting in the winter.
There is a comfortable sunroom for reading or as a working area with French windows leading to the large south facing roof terrace with table , chairs and sunloungers with lovely views all around to enjoy a drink as the sun goes down.
